At Heighten Cure, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy in place to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers.


1. No Returns or Refunds on Consumable Products

All products sold on HeightenCure.com are consumable health and wellness items. As such:

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any consumable products once they have been delivered.
  • This includes requests due to change of mind, personal preference, or incompatibility after purchase.

2. Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances.
  • Please make sure to verify your order before breaking the product seal.

3. Damaged Products

We understand that shipping mishaps can occur. Refunds or replacements are available only under the following conditions:

  • The product you received was damaged during transit.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged item and the original packaging.

Once the damage is verified, we will process a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.

5. Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Replacements (if available) will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.

6. Final Decision

All refund and return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our customer care team. Heighten Cure reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with this policy.
